Terms Of Business and Fact Find

As regulated by the Financial Services Authority, we have to supply all clients with a copy of our Terms Of Business before any service can be offered. Please download and print off a copy. Please note that buy-to-let mortgages, commercial loans, secured lending and bridging finance are not regulated by the FSA and therefore our standard Terms of Business document does not apply to those services.

We know that filling in financial fact finds can be a very painful and boring process but it is a necessary evil. Please take some time out to fill in as comprehensively as possible and we will all benefit in the long run. Even though buy-to-let mortgages are not regulated by the FSA, we will still require you to fill in a full and complete financial fact find.
