We've all seen the adverts on how attending a seminar can 'help you discover the secrets of becoming a property millionaire' and we've probably all been to a few, too. But how much did you really learn - it's all very well saying that you can buy a property in the UK with no-money in, but how and is that the best option for you? Was the main speaker more focussed on telling you all about their own personal success - it's easy to make money out of property in a climbing market but what about a levelling market? At Pure Genius we don't believe in preaching to the converted, anybody that attends a property seminar of any sort wants to be there and wants the knowledge of how to do well in property. What they don't want is the flannel that goes with!

Our events are more focussed on specific subjects such as financing, cash-positive invesments and tax planning for the property investor. We ask our clients, all of whom are property investors, about the topics that are of interest to them. At our last 'specialist tax' meeting, we had a leading tax guru covering subjects such as stamp duty reduction; planning for capital gains tax and repayment of income tax.
